“A philosopher devoted to mechanics”. If you take a closer look, you can recognize him through the traits of the owlet in our logo!
He is part an old fashioned countryside gentleman from the Nineteenth Century, part a passionate explorer of the new. Fun fact: he took his wife to the AIPPI Congress in Paris during their honeymoon back in 1983. It is something he is really proud of and guess what? They are still married!
He loves to work and to bike along the Appennine Mountains on his motorcycles.
Gianluca is the co-founder of our Law Firm. He is in charge of patents, copyrights, litigations and assets evaluation.
Part of the Pesaro’s Bar Association since 1982, Supreme Court Lawyer since 2005, Intellectual Property Consultant for trademarks since 1996. He also is a EUIPO representative, EPO and WIPO legal practictioner, AIPPI member (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and AIDB member since its beginning (Italian Association of Patent Documentalists).

Mariachiara Pesturini
“An iron fist in a velvet glove”. Her biggest value is the ability to really listen to you and we can promise, you will tell her the story of your life after the first meeting.
She (almost) never loses her mind temper.
She spends most of her free time with her family and her dog. She loves reading, cooking, going to the theatre and having long road trips with her camper.
Mariachiara is a member of our team since 1997. She is in charge of trademarks, designs, copyrights, litigations and customs surveillance.
She is member of the Pesaro’s Bar Association since 2000 and she is Intellectual Property Consultant for trademarks since 2004.
Moreover, she is a EUIPO representative and AIPPI member (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).

Roberta Nunzi
“Being a reliable professional doesn’t necessarily mean being serious”.
Quick-witted and empathetic to every person she relates with. All of us deserve a person like her in our lives, don’t we? She loves hanging out, eating (but not cooking) and sipping glasses of fine wines. She loves adventures (moderately), going to the cinema and being sorrounded by friends.
Roberta became part of our staff in 2006 after working three years in Ireland in the advertising industry.
She is in charge of trademarks, art searches, designs, official actions and customs surveillance.
She is also I.P. Consultant for trademarks since 2014 and a EUIPO representative.
Education: Università Politecnico di Milano – Master’s degree in Industrial Design.

Paola Adversi
She is just too curious so you will never find her clueless. She travelled the world but, luckily for us, Pesaro is her place on Earth.
She is in charge of the administrative management and she keeps everybody in line.
Fashion addicted and resourceful, sharp and cynic, she loves art and beauty in all their shapes.
She worked many years in an IT Company and then in the financed training field. She started working with us in 2018 as a paralegal for trademarks and administrative.

Martina Salerno
“Millenial being Millenial”: she is still waiting for her Hogwarts acceptance letter so she had to fall back on the activity of the Intellectual Property (but she will never give up on her dream!).
She loves travelling, reading and the good food. She is crazy in love with her cats and could spend all of her days talking about them.
She has been working with us since 2022 after spending a few years abroad.

Francesca Peggy Tamburini
Francesca Peggy perfectly combines English grace with Italian empathy. Kind and meticulous, she loves reading, travelling, listening to music, going to the theatre and attending cultural events around Italy.
She has been working with us since 2024. She is in charge of secretarial work and customs surveillance in the trademark sector.
